Once subscribed, you can add as many projects to your queue as you’d like. They will be delivered one at a time as you request them. Depending on your plan, you may have several open requests at a time.

On average, we complete most requests in just a few days. Of course, more complex projects may take longer, and small items may even get returned the same day.

Koda Pictures is a non-traditional studio model, and you will be working directly with me, the owner, on most projects. I also rely on an amazing network of top-notch collaborators to support every type of project as needed, including producers, designers, copywriters, and production crew. This model allows us to be nimble and efficient, while building a close collaboration over time.

Of course! If you don’t need any work done for a few months, just hit pause on your membership, and we’ll be right here waiting for you when you return. If you need to cancel for good, we’ll try not to be too sad. Additionally, our plans are prorated, so you will never pay for unused time even if you change your membership in the middle of a billing cycle.

We hate paperwork, so there are no contracts for our memberships. The only thing we ask is that you plan to commit to an initial three months when you first sign up, so that we have time to get to know each other. If you absolutely need to bail before then, we won’t stop you. For most production work, we will ask you to sign an agreement that protects both of us, since there is a bit more money and risk involved.

Totally fine. We are happy to put together a custom estimate for a single project. In many cases, we still suggest subscribing to our membership, even if you cancel when your project is finished. It’s often less expensive than paying for pre-production and post à la carte. Plus, you will have access to our full creative support throughout the entire process, which inevitably leads to a better product; and that’s why we’re all here.

We are happy to offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your subscription if we haven’t started any work yet. Additionally, we prorate our plans, so you will never pay for unused time if you choose to change your subscription at any point.

While we want to be as much of a one-stop content shop as possible, we are not a full-service agency. That means we don’t do big-picture strategy, research, performance analysis, or other high-level marketing services. We are laser-focused on delivering stellar content at unbeatable prices.
